SMMAdv - Full Screen Mode Setup

The mode is new to V2.0 and was introduce at the request of some professional animators, who wanted a simple easy to see interface, but with the option to drop back into the main window and use the other editing/chromakey functions when required.

It has only the minimum of functions, which can be allocated against a key on the computers keyboard.  This tutorial steps through the proceedure to open and enable this function.
